It is intense and energetic group exercise, consisting of kicks, punches and its combinations, which are performed in fast music rhythms (no choreography). Class begins with a special warm-up, in the main part of the practice TB ® techniques and combinations, followed by strengthening with dumbbells and your body weight, finished by stretching and relaxation. This effective sports system allows you to get rid of excess kilograms, improve your posture, overall fitness, coordination skills, performance organism (cardio - vascular and respiratory systems), flexibility, muscular endurance and strength.
At TB ® we all count loud, this is due to proper breathing, feeling of music rhythm and exercising of all your abdominal muscles.
