Pump fx® is attractive and motivating fitness workout that brings incredible results in a relatively short period of time.
Pump fx® session is exercised in a groups under the supervision of a qualified instructor, practicing with use of a special loading barbells and dumbbells from Reebok. Using dumbbells or your own weight you'll exercise traditional squats, lunges, pressure, strokes, biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles.
During exercise instructor shows you simple choreography, which are incorporated into motivating music, great thing is that you don't need to memorize it since it is sort of a dancing thing.
