INDOOR CYCLING CLUB
This is the most effective and highly motivating cardiovascular exercise. Classes run on special bikes that meet the demanding conditions to stress and feeling rider on the bike.
Each rider chooses burden that suits him/her, rhythm defines music. Exercise is easy to coordinate movement (bicycle knows everyone :) ) does not damage joints, leads to "new wind in the head".
